The Digital Skills Workshop Series - part of Alaska Startup Week 2020 - will help entrepreneurs grow and strengthen their online presence and digital skills. This series is being organized by the University of Alaska Center for Economic Development, in partnership with the Anchorage Community Land Trust and Spruce Root.
For many consumers, the goods and services they want are merely a click away. Alaska businesses are increasingly joining the ranks of those successfully selling products online. Expanding your business into e-commerce can grow your market, but successfully setting up and operating an online sales operation can be challenging. In this panel discussion, we'll hear from rural and urban Alaska business owners about their experience selling their products online, the pros and cons of different e-commerce platforms, and tips they've learned through the process.
