The Alaska Native Professional Association is hosting their November virtual gathering alongside AK Startup Week this year with Lee Ryan, the President of Ryan Air.
Lee Ryan is Iñupiaq from Unalakleet. He is President of the largest 100% Iñupiaq-owned aviation company in the State of Alaska, and will speak about how Ryan Air started as a small Alaska business and grown to what it is today.
The conversation will continue to how other Alaska Native-owned businesses can follow this model to grow in the same way, and how some of the challenges they’ve faced as they’ve grown have actually led to their success.
